• PHP Version: PHP 8.2 or 8.3 (Required for Laravel 12 stability).

3. Database

4. Core Configurations

• Memory Limit: Minimum 256MB (512MB recommended for AI and large report processing).
• Upload Max Filesize: 20MB (for product images and bulk imports).

3. Automation Logic

3.1 Invoice Emails via Queue

Sends emails with PDF attachments in the background to prevent slow page loads.

3.2 Overdue Status Updates

Automatically checks for overdue invoices daily at 01:00 AM. Logic located in: routes/console.php

Run manually in project root: php artisan queue:work
