Codexehub Ecom - Laravel 12 eCommerce Store

Codexehub Ecom is a complete single-vendor eCommerce platform built on Laravel 12, Bootstrap 5 and SCSS. It gives you a modern storefront, a full role-based admin panel and a guided web installer, so you can launch an online shop without editing a single config file.

The code follows a clean layered architecture (thin controllers, Form Requests, services/actions, policies) and is covered by more than 1,100 automated tests. Every critical value (prices, discounts, shipping, stock, order totals) is recalculated on the server, and order placement runs inside a single database transaction with duplicate-submission protection.

No CDN or third-party hosted assets are used. All front-end assets are compiled with Vite, and every bundled open-source component is MIT licensed, with license texts included.

Payment: Cash on Delivery is included. Online payment gateways are planned for a future update.

Requirements

• PHP 8.2 or higher
• MySQL 5.7+ / 8.x or MariaDB 10.4+
• Apache (mod_rewrite) or Nginx web server
• Standard Laravel PHP extensions: BCMath, Ctype, cURL, DOM, Fileinfo, JSON, Mbstring, OpenSSL, PDO, Tokenizer, XML
• Composer 2.x and Node.js LTS are only needed if you want to modify and rebuild the source; the package ships with vendor files and compiled assets

Instructions

1. Upload the package contents to your server and point your domain to the public folder.
2. Create an empty MySQL/MariaDB database (utf8mb4).
3. Open your domain in a browser. You will be redirected to the web installer (/install).
4. Follow the steps: requirements check, database details, application settings, admin account, store settings.
5. The installer runs migrations, creates your admin account and locks itself when finished.
6. Log in to the admin panel and add your categories, products and shipping methods.
