Clinova - Healthcare WordPress Theme

A WordPress theme for healthcare: multi-specialty clinics, hospitals, dentists, physiotherapy and rehab centres, private doctors, telehealth services, veterinary clinics, pharmacies, labs and imaging centres, mental health practices and more. The calm, modern design puts the patient first: a three-step booking wizard, a doctor finder, conditions A-Z and a locations finder, and every section of the design is an Elementor widget you can edit, move and reuse.

Built on Bootstrap 5.3.8 with plain JavaScript. Works with the free Elementor; no Elementor Pro needed.

One click imports the whole demo, offline: 79 pages, menus, services, doctors, conditions, locations, patient reviews, jobs, blog posts, shop products, widgets and settings. You can also import a single page.

Demo photos are not included. The live preview uses photos from Unsplash. The download uses placeholder artwork, ready to be replaced in the Media Library; the demo import can optionally download the live demo photos from Unsplash. All clinic names, people, figures and reviews in the sample content are fictional.

The patient intake and referral forms are demo forms: they send nothing until you connect your own secure system. The theme does not make a site compliant with any health data law.

• Fixed: The medicine search on Home 15 (pharmacy) no longer stops with a JavaScript error when it lists over-the-counter medicines with a link to the shop.

Requirements

• WordPress 6.5 or newer (tested with 7.1.3), PHP 7.4 or newer (8.2+ recommended)
• PHP memory limit of 256 MB recommended for Elementor
• Elementor (free version, tested with 4.3.5) for the page layouts; installed from the theme's setup screen
• Optional: WooCommerce (tested with 11.2.1) for the shop, Contact Form 7, WPML or Polylang
• Upload limit of at least 10 MB on the server for clinova.zip (or upload the theme folder by FTP)

Instructions

1. Unzip the download. Do not upload the whole folder to WordPress; the theme is clinova.zip inside it.
2. In WordPress go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme, upload clinova.zip and activate it.
3. The Clinova setup screen opens. Click Install and Activate for Clinova Core and Elementor (and WooCommerce if you want the shop).
4. Go to Appearance > Import Demo and click Import demo. It works offline. Tick "Real demo photos from Unsplash" if you want the photos of the live demo. You can also import a single page, or remove the demo content later.
5. Pick your home page in Settings > Reading, add your logo in Appearance > Customize > Site Identity, then choose a colour skin, header, footer and opening hours in Clinova theme options.
6. Edit any page with Elementor: every section is a Clinova widget. The C button in the editor opens the block library. Replace the demo images in the Media Library.
7. Add your doctors, services, conditions and locations in the WordPress menu. Forms send to the site's admin e-mail by default; add your reCAPTCHA and Mailchimp keys in Appearance > Customize > Clinova theme options > Forms & spam.
8. The patient intake and referral forms are demo forms. Connect your own secure system before you collect health details.
9. Optional: upload clinova-child.zip and activate the child theme if you want to change the theme's code.
