• PHP 8.2+ with pdo_pgsql, zip, intl, bcmath, mbstring, gd, opcache
• PostgreSQL 15+

• Docker 24+ and Docker Compose v2 (for one-click install)

Instructions

Quick Start (Docker — recommended)

1. Unzip the archive
2. cp .env.docker.example .env
3. docker compose up -d --build
4. Open http://localhost:3100 → follow the 4-step Install Wizard

Manual Installation

1. Create a PostgreSQL database
2. cd clinicbox-api && composer install && cp .env.example .env
3. Configure DB credentials in .env
4. php artisan key:generate && php artisan migrate
5. cd clinicbox-admin && npm install && npm run build
6. cd clinicbox-site && npm install && npm run build
