BookMySlot is a complete multi-vendor appointment booking SaaS platform built with Laravel 10 that allows businesses to manage their appointments directly through WhatsApp.

Businesses such as clinics, salons, gyms, consultants, tutors, and service providers can register on the platform, create their profile, configure availability, and start accepting customer appointments through WhatsApp.

Customers don't need to install any mobile application. They simply scan the vendor's QR code or open the WhatsApp booking link, select their preferred service and available slot, and receive booking confirmation instantly.

The platform uses WhatsApp Business API integration to automate communication between customers and vendors.

Instructions

Installation Instructions

1. Upload Project Files

• Upload the complete source code to your server.
• Extract files in your project directory.

2. Create Database

• Create a new MySQL database.
• Import the provided database file or run migrations.

3. Configure Environment File

• Rename .env.example to .env.
• Update database configuration:

• Update application URL:

APP_URL=https://your-domain.com

4. Install Composer Dependencies

Run:

composer install

5. Generate Application Key

Run:

php artisan key:generate

6. Database Migration

Run:

php artisan migrate --seed

7. Configure Storage

Create storage link:

php artisan storage:link

Set permission for:

storage/
bootstrap/cache/

8. Install Frontend Dependencies

Run:

npm install

Build assets:

npm run build

9. Configure WhatsApp Business API

Buyer needs to configure their own Meta WhatsApp Business API.

Update .env:

Configure webhook in Meta Developer Dashboard:

10. Configure Razorpay Payment Gateway

Create Razorpay account and update:

12. Clear Application Cache

Run:
