Boat Rental Booking for WooCommerce

Boat Rental Booking for WooCommerce is a complete boat rental management system built on top of WooCommerce. It replaces expensive booking add-ons with a lightweight custom engine designed specifically for maritime rentals.

FRONTEND FEATURES Customers search by date and group size and instantly see available boats with real-time availability. Each boat card shows capacity, engine, length, speed, fuel info, and the earliest available time slot. A weather forecast widget shows wind, waves and humidity for the selected date.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS Customers select their boat, choose a duration from a visual pricing table, pick a start time, and complete the booking via WooCommerce checkout. They can pay a deposit (approx. 1/3 of total) and pay the rest on site, or pay the full amount online.

ADMIN PANEL A clean custom dashboard shows total bookings, upcoming rentals, deposit vs full payment split, and recent orders. The bookings list supports filtering by status, date, payment type and boat. A monthly calendar view shows all bookings at a glance.

REVENUE REPORTS Full revenue reporting with breakdown by month, by boat, and by date. Shows total revenue including VAT, net revenue, and deposit vs full payment split. Export to Excel with one click.

SLOT MANAGEMENT Define 3 seasonal periods (Low, High, Very Low) with different booking rules. Set allowed start times, return buffers, and global boat limits per slot. The system automatically calculates sunset time based on your GPS coordinates and prevents bookings that would return after dark.

COMPATIBILITY 100% compatible with WooCommerce HPOS. Works with any WordPress theme. No page builders required.

INCLUDED Full documentation, demo import with 6 sample boats and bookings, HTML email templates, language-ready .pot file, shortcodes reference page in admin.
