Bingo Love is a complete paid calling platform. Users buy coins and call hosts at a per-minute rate you control. Both sides join a live Agora room. Hosts earn a share of every billed minute and withdraw real money. Agencies onboard their own hosts and take a commission. You get the full source for the mobile app, the backend API, the admin panel and the agency portal.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

The billing clock runs on the server, not the phone. Most calling scripts meter the call on the client, which anyone can fake with a modified or rooted device. In Bingo Love the server owns the per-minute timer, and every coin movement is written inside an atomic database transaction. The app only displays what the server reports, so coin fraud from the client is not possible.

THE USER APP

Onboarding, phone OTP login and profile setup. A home screen with live hosts, promo banners and reward progress. Connect Rooms showing who is live right now, filtered by language. Audio and video calls with a synced timer and live coin spend. Random match for audio and video. One-to-one chat with a free daily allowance. A coin wallet with recharge packages, full transaction history, gift history and free rewards earned from room time.

THE HOST SIDE

Hosts go online with one tap, accept or reject incoming calls, and watch earnings build per call. They see earnings by day, week and month, post image and video status updates, manage their profile and room theme, and request payouts to a bank account or UPI.

THE ADMIN PANEL

A 27-page React admin panel controls the entire platform: dashboard, users, hosts, agencies and a moderation queue; call rates, chat rates, recharge packages, coupons, gifts and rewards; withdrawal approvals, a searchable transaction ledger and revenue reports; banners, room themes, categories, push notifications and static pages; plus force update, maintenance mode and integration keys.

THE AGENCY PORTAL

Agencies get their own login to onboard hosts, track the performance of everyone they manage, and see commission earned per call, per host and per day.

Requirements

Node.js 20 or newer, and pnpm 9 or newer PostgreSQL 14 or newer (developed and tested on PostgreSQL 16) Nginx with a valid SSL certificate for production — HTTPS is required, as Android blocks plain HTTP by default and camera/microphone access needs a secure origin A Linux VPS with at least 1 GB RAM (2 GB recommended) Agora account (App ID and App Certificate) — required, calling will not work without it Razorpay account — required for coin purchases and host payouts SMS gateway account (MSG91, Twilio or similar) — required to deliver login OTPs in production Android Studio with an Android SDK to build the app; Xcode on macOS only if you want an iOS build A real physical device for testing — audio and video calling does not work on an emulator Basic familiarity with Node.js, npm/pnpm and React Native for setup and rebranding

SETUP ORDER

Set up in this order: backend, then database, then admin panel, then mobile app. The backend must be running and reachable before the app or panel will do anything useful.

1. INSTALL DEPENDENCIES

   npm install -g pnpm@9    cd Source    pnpm install

2. CONFIGURE

   cp .env.example .env

   Then fill in DATABASE_URL, JWT_ACCESS_SECRET, JWT_REFRESH_SECRET, AGORA_APP_ID, AGORA_APP_CERTIFICATE, ADMIN_EMAIL and ADMIN_PASSWORD. Generate each JWT secret with:

3. CREATE THE DATABASE

   The seed creates your admin account, default call rates, recharge packages and app settings. Run it once, on first install only.

4. RUN THE BACKEND

   Development:  pnpm --filter @bingo/backend run dev    Production:   pnpm --filter @bingo/backend run build                  pnpm --filter @bingo/backend run start

   Check it with: curl http://localhost:4000/health

5. ADMIN PANEL

   pnpm --filter @bingo/admin run build

   Copy apps/admin/dist/ into a panel/ folder served by nginx at /panel/ on the same domain as the API. Sign in with the ADMIN_EMAIL and ADMIN_PASSWORD from your .env.

6. MOBILE APP

   Expo Go will not run this app — Agora and Razorpay contain native code, so a development build is required.

   Set EXPO_PUBLIC_API_BASE_URL in apps/mobile/.env to your machine's LAN IP or your production HTTPS domain. Never use localhost, which on a phone means the phone itself.

BEFORE GOING LIVE

Fill in your Agora credentials — calls will not work without them. Set long random JWT secrets and change the admin email and password. Leave MASTER_OTP empty. When it has a value, that one code logs in any phone number; it exists only for local development. Serve everything over HTTPS. Android blocks plain HTTP by default and camera/microphone access requires a secure origin. Test calling on a real device. It does not work on an emulator.
