Big e-Store is a fully functional complete multi-vendor global e-commerce application that lets you run a fully functional global online market place like aliexpress, etsy, alibaba, ebay and more. It runs in 21 countries, and goes down to the states and cities.

1. Featured Ads The admin can profit through featured ads. When seller create a featured ad, which is displayed on the topmost part of every page for buyers to see first, they are taken to a pricing page, where they have to chose how long the featured ads needs to stay. The length tallies with the pricing.

2. Seller Commissions

Admin can also earn through commissions every time a seller makes a sale. Admin can manually set the percentage of commissions he wants to take. 

3. Flash Sales Admin can also earn through flash sales by the sellers.

4. Banner Ads Admin can also earn through banner which he can place from the backend. This could be google adsense banners or from any other ad network.

Users Anyone in any country can create a seller account and open a store and start selling their products on Big e-Store, while you as the admin manage the system. Users can easily switch from a seller account to a buyer account when they wants to buy a product from the site. 

Users can follow any seller and receive notifications every time they add a new product. Users can also chat with each other in real time. 

Buyers can track their orders, and receive notification each time the order processing has moved to a new stage until it is delivered. 

The buyer funds are also held in an escrow until the buyer has confirmed to receive his orders.

Features

Big e-Store is a multi-seller marketplace. Visitors can browse and buy from any seller; registered users can also open their own store and sell. The sections below describe what customers, sellers, and your own team can do.

Browsing & shopping

• Homepage sections — banner carousel, mini banner ads, featured ads, "Shop by Category", Flash Sale with live countdown and a "% sold" progress bar, "Shop by Lowest Price", quick category views, the Mall (store directory), Daily Discover, and vouchers.
• Category browsing — organised category tree with sub-categories and category landing pages showing the matching products.
• Search — search for products, brands and shops from the header search box.
• Product pages — photo gallery, price with discount display, stock availability, flash-sale pricing, seller information and easy add-to-cart.
• Dedicated shopping pages — Flash Sales, Lowest Price, Daily Discover, Mall (all stores), "New Followed Products", Vouchers, and the full category pages.
• Follow stores — follow your favourite stores and be notified of their new products.

Cart, checkout & payment

• Shopping cart — add, update and remove items with a live item counter in the header; the cart is maintained across sessions.
• Checkout — enter delivery details, see shipping and tax, apply a voucher discount, and pay.
• Payment options — pay by card (Stripe) or with your wallet balance; order totals are shown before you confirm.
• Vouchers — claim promotional vouchers and apply the discount at checkout.

Orders, delivery & refunds

• My Orders — view every order with its live status: pending, processing, shipped, delivered, or cancelled.
• Order updates — track your order as the seller updates it, and confirm delivery when the parcel arrives.
• Escrow protection — the money you pay is held in escrow and only released to the seller once the order is delivered and the holding period ends; this protects both sides.
• Refunds — request refunds and follow them from your account.

Your account

• Registration & login — create an account, log in, optionally verify your e-mail, and reset a forgotten password. Google sign-in is available if enabled by the store owner.
• Profile — upload a profile photo and banner, and update your personal information, store description and social links.
• Settings & security — change your password at any time.
• Social features — follow other stores and users, block unwanted users, and browse other members' profiles and stores.
• Switch roles — easily switch between your buyer view and your seller store.
• Notifications — in-app notifications for orders, messages, and followed-store activity.
• Support chat — contact the store's help desk and chat with sellers from the site.
• Affiliate program — if enabled, refer new customers and earn a commission on sales made through your referral link.

Wallet & withdrawals

• Wallet — a per-user balance used for purchases and to receive sales earnings.
• Withdrawals — request a payout of your available balance. The store owner can enable multiple methods: Stripe (via Stripe Connect), PayPal, crypto, or bank transfer.
• Pending balance — seller earnings are held until delivery is confirmed and the escrow period ends, then move to your available balance automatically.

Seller tools

• My Store — a seller dashboard linked to your account.
• Product management — add new products, edit details and images, and delete or hide listings.
• Flash sales — mark products for the flash-sale section on the homepage.
• Featured ads — promote a product as a paid featured ad for a period (e.g. 3 or 7 days), paid from your wallet or by card.
• Seller orders — view orders for your products and update their status as you fulfil them.
• Earnings — track sales, commissions and your wallet balance.

Requirements

Before you begin, make sure your hosting account meets these requirements. The installer checks every item automatically and tells you if anything is missing.

Instructions

1. Upload the entire contents of the downloaded package to your web server using cPanel's File Manager or an FTP client.
2. For the main store, upload the files to the folder your domain points to (for example public_html). For a sub-folder installation (for example public_html/store), upload them into that sub-folder instead.

1. In your hosting control panel, open MySQL Databases (or the equivalent).
2. Create a new database (for example bigestore).
3. Create a database user and password, and give that user all privileges on the database.
4. Write down the database name, user, and password — you will need them in a moment.

The application creates its own tables automatically during installation, so you do not need to import anything yourself. It is fine if the database is empty.

Step 3 — Check permissionsMake sure the application root folder and the license folder are writable (see Section 2). If you are not sure, the installer will tell you.

1. Open your web browser and go to the address of your store, followed by install.php.

   • System requirements checklist. Every item must show a green check mark. If any item fails, the installer explains what to fix.
2. Once everything passes, fill in the form:

1. Click Install & Activate. A progress box is shown while the application sets up your database and activates your license. When it finishes you will see the Installation successful screen.
2. Click Go to your store to open your new store's homepage.

If anything is entered incorrectly, the installer stops and lists exactly what went wrong. Fix it and click Try again.
