What it does
Keep an organized asset inventory, register people, issue equipment, track return dates and review a complete activity history from one simple dashboard.
Ideal for
Studios, schools, offices, IT departments, makerspaces, production teams and any organization that manages shared equipment.

Requirements
- PHP 8.0 or higher
- MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.4+
- PDO MySQL extension enabled
- Apache or Nginx web server
- Writable uploads directory for optional asset images
Instructions
- Create an empty MySQL or MariaDB database.
- Upload the source files to your web hosting.
- Make sure the uploads folder is writable by PHP.
- Open install.php in your browser.
- Enter your database credentials and create the first administrator account.
- Sign in and start adding equipment, people and checkout records.
- For security, remove install.php after installation.
