AppChat - Flutter Voice Chat Rooms & Social App

AppChat is an editable mobile application for building a social community around live voice conversations. It gives you a starting point for launching your own branded experience, with a connected backend and web administration dashboard.

The purchase includes the application and backend source, a clean-install database with demo data, starter media, environment examples and the existing installation guide. See the Features and Requirements fields for the capabilities and setup requirements.

Download the demo APK using the button above. The mobile demo uses a numeric User ID instead of an email address for account login.

Demo accounts and content are provided for testing. Change the administrator password and replace demo configuration values before production use.

Wallet balances and gifts are non-redeemable in-app value. Cash withdrawals and payouts are not included.

Buyers configure their own hosting and external service accounts. GamePix supplies hosted games; third-party game source files are not included.

Requirements

Mobile development

• Flutter 3.38 or later with Dart 3.10 or later and below Dart 4, as required by the supplied dependency lockfile.
• Android Studio or Android command-line tools, Android SDK 36 and a JDK compatible with the supplied Gradle toolchain.
• A Mac with Xcode and CocoaPods for iOS builds.
• Your own application identifiers, signing credentials and store developer accounts for publication.

Backend hosting

• PHP 8.x, minimum 8.0, and Composer 2.x.
• PHP extensions: PDO MySQL, mbstring, JSON, OpenSSL, cURL, fileinfo, session, and GD or Imagick.
• MySQL 8 or later, or MariaDB 10.6 or later, with utf8mb4 support.
• Node.js 22 or later with npm for the documented environment-file startup procedure.
• Redis 6 or later and PM2 or an equivalent process manager.
• Apache or Nginx, an HTTPS domain for the PHP API, a WSS reverse proxy for Socket.IO and writable upload storage.
• Hosting that supports a persistent Node.js process and Redis access.

Buyer-owned services

• Agora credentials for voice rooms.
• Firebase client configuration, Google Sign-In setup and backend Firebase credentials for push notifications.
• Google Play and Apple in-app product configuration and purchase-verification credentials for the platforms you publish on.
• A GamePix publisher account and your own SID for the included game integration.
• Bunny.net credentials only if you choose that optional storage integration.

Hosting, domains, store accounts and applicable third-party service charges are paid by the buyer and are not included in the purchase. Installation requires Flutter build and server configuration experience. Version requirements describe the supplied package; they do not certify every later runtime release.

Instructions

Installation overview

Use the existing installation guide at Main_File/documentation/index.html in the buyer package.

1. Prepare the backend. Set up PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, Node.js, Redis and HTTPS/WSS hosting.
2. Import the database. Import Main_File/database/appchat_clean_install.sql into a new database.
3. Configure the API. Deploy Main_File/backend/php_api, install its Composer dependencies and configure the private environment file with your database, Redis, API and service settings. Route web requests to the public entry point.
4. Start real-time services. Install dependencies in Main_File/backend/node_server, load its environment variables and run s1.js with a process manager. Follow the existing deployment guide for environment loading and the WebSocket proxy.
5. Connect external services. Configure Firebase, Google Sign-In, Agora and the store products and purchase verification for your target platforms. Obtain your GamePix publisher SID and replace the sample SID in the game controller.
6. Configure and brand the app. Open Main_File/flutter_app, install Flutter dependencies and set your API and Socket.IO values through lib/config/appchat_config.dart or the documented build defines. Add your Firebase client files, app name, icons, package identifiers and release signing.
7. Test before release. Verify sign-in, voice rooms, messages, gifts, purchases, notifications, GamePix and admin access on your deployment. Replace demo credentials before production and build signed releases for your target stores.
