Admin panel: https://invoicing.ahotbrew.com Login as an admin and see everything. username: admin@admin.com password: password A normal user has limited access. username: user@user.com password: password

As an “Admin” you can create clients, items, invoices or estimates for specific users. Always make sure you select the right user. In our test scenario, always select Admin.
  • Login as an admin
  • Create a new client. Make sure “Admin” user is selected.
  • Create a new item. Make sure “Admin” user is selected.
  • Create a new invoice or estimate.
    • Make sure Admin user is selected
    • Enter client name you’ve created earlier and select.
    • Click on “Add Item” and enter the item name you’ve created earlier.

As an “User” you can’t specify a user, because you can only create clients, items, invoices or estimates for your own user. You can now login as the user and follow the same steps as above, except you won’t have to select a user.
