AI ITSM - Python Service Desk Platform

Description

A production-ready, multi-tenant IT Service Management (ITSM) platform built for teams that need ServiceNow-style ticketing without the enterprise price tag. Includes AI-powered ticket categorization and priority triage, SLA tracking with automated escalation, a searchable knowledge base with AI-matched article suggestions, a full agent dashboard, an admin panel for multi-tenant management, and built-in reporting.

Built on a modern, scalable stack: Next.js + TypeScript frontend, FastAPI backend, PostgreSQL database, Redis/Celery for background jobs, and JWT-based authentication. Fully containerized with Docker for easy deployment.

Ideal for developers looking to launch their own IT service desk product, agencies offering white-label ITSM to clients, or businesses wanting a self-hosted alternative to expensive enterprise tools.

Live demo available - try the full ticket lifecycle, AI triage, and SLA tracking yourself.
