Server Requirements:

• PHP 8.2 or higher • MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+ • Apache with mod_rewrite (or nginx equivalent) • Required PHP extensions: intl, mbstring, json, curl, openssl, mysqli • Recommended: gd or imagick (image processing) • Writable writable/ directory (chmod 755 or 775)

Hosting: • Shared hosting, VPS, or dedicated server • Document root: project root OR public/ folder (both supported) • Subfolder installs supported (e.g. domain.com/agency/)

Usage: • One website domain per install (domain is set automatically during installation) • No online activation or external license server required

Optional API keys (customer supplies later in Settings): • Google Maps API (contact / location maps) • AI keys for Auto Blog features (optional)

Instructions

INSTALLATION GUIDE — AgencyNexa v1.0.4 (Codester edition)

STEP 1 — UPLOAD FILES 1. Download the ZIP from your Codester purchase 2. Extract the ZIP to your web root or subfolder 3. Ensure .htaccess is uploaded (enable "show hidden files" in FTP) 4. Set writable/ folder permissions to 755 or 775

STEP 2 — RUN INSTALL WIZARD 1. Open your site URL in a browser (redirects to /install automatically) 2. Step 1 — Requirements: confirm server checks pass 3. Step 2 — Database: enter MySQL host, database name, username, password — click Test Connection 4. Step 3 — Application: set company name, base URL, and create your admin account 5. Step 4 — Finish: installation complete — save your admin email and password

Note: This install is intended for one domain. The current domain is bound automatically during installation. No license key or online activation is required.

STEP 3 — POST-INSTALL 1. Sign in at /admin/login 2. Run Site Starter to import demo agency content (recommended) 3. Open Site Editor to customize homepage, header, footer, and menus 4. Configure Theme panel — logos, colors, global SEO 5. Read the built-in guide at /guide for full documentation

DOCUMENT ROOT OPTIONS: • Option A (recommended): Point domain to public/ folder • Option B (shared hosting): Upload to root — root .htaccess handles routing

SUBFOLDER INSTALL: • Base URL is auto-detected (e.g. https://yoursite.com/agency/) • Confirm the detected URL on the Application step if prompted
