Afrinity runs a web hosting, domain or service business end to end: automated invoices and renewals, cPanel / DirectAdmin / Plesk provisioning, domains with live search, a support desk with e-mail piping, and 9 payment gateways verified on the server. A modern alternative to WHMCS, built on Laravel 13 with a browser installer and the vendor folder included.

Requirements

• PHP 8.3 or 8.4 with MySQL 8 or MariaDB 10.6+ (SQLite for testing)
• PHP extensions: pdo_mysql, mbstring, openssl, curl, fileinfo, gd, iconv, intl, zip, tokenizer, xml, ctype
• Apache or LiteSpeed with mod_rewrite (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin) or Nginx
• A cron job once per minute
• No Composer, Node.js or SSH needed — all libraries are included
• Optional: SSL certificate, SMTP account, payment gateway accounts, a registrar account, WhatsApp / SMS provider and an AI API key

Instructions

Install

1. Create an empty MySQL / MariaDB database and a user with all privileges, and select PHP 8.3 or newer.
2. Upload the contents of the product folder into your domain folder (e.g. public_html). No document-root change is needed: the included .htaccess serves the site from the public folder.
3. Open your domain: the web installer opens by itself, checks the server, connects the database and creates your admin account (optional starter content).
4. Log in at /admin and set up company & tax, payment gateways, servers and your theme.
5. Add the cron job shown on the last installer screen.

Updates

1. Upload the new files over the old ones (keep .env and storage) and run the migrations as described in the documentation.
