Description
Accessible Announcement Modal is a native dynamic Gutenberg block for service notices, planned maintenance, event updates, policy reminders, and other concise announcements. It uses local CSS and JavaScript only and intentionally contains no tracking, cookies, browser storage, forms, remote assets, APIs, or third-party service.

Instructions
1. Download and unzip the main package.
2. In WordPress, open Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
3. Upload the included Accessible Announcement Modal plugin ZIP, install it, and activate it.
4. Add the Accessible Announcement Modal block to a post or page.
5. Choose manual or automatic opening, set the announcement content and style, then publish.
6. Test the finished page with your theme, keyboard navigation, zoom, and supported assistive technology.
