INTRODUCTION

Kindie is the kindergarten, preschool & daycare management system built for early-childhood centers. It manages the things that actually happen in a childcare center every day: attendance with safe pick-up & drop-off, daily meals, naps, health records, photo albums for parents, fee collection – across one school with multiple branches.

Parents follow their child’s day on the Kindie mobile app (sold separately, Android & iOS). Teachers record activities in seconds. Administrators run branches, staff, invoicing and reports from one web dashboard.

Built on a modern stack: Node.js (Sails framework) + MongoDB + REST API – a clean codebase for agencies and developers who want to customize, rebrand, or build on top of it.

Q. Is it multi-branch? A. Yes – one school with multiple branches under one license.

Q. Is it multi-school (SaaS)? A. One license covers one school. If you plan to run Kindie as a paid service for multiple schools, contact us about a reseller/white-label arrangement, and note that Envato’s Extended License applies when end users are charged.

Q. Can I remove the branding/use my own logo and colors? A. Yes, the source code is fully rebrandable. We also offer this as a paid service (see above).

Q. Is it compatible with PHP/MySQL? A. No – Kindie uses Node.js and MongoDB, a modern stack well suited to real-time features and growing data.

Q. Can new students be imported? A. Yes, from CSV/Excel templates.

Q. Does it support multiple languages/RTL? A. Yes, both.

Q. Is there a mobile app for parents and teachers? A. Yes – Kindie App (React Native, Android & iOS) is sold as a separate item and uses this web system as its API backend.

Q. Does it work on localhost? A. Yes, for development and testing.

Q. Is Stripe enabled? Partial fee payment? A. Yes and yes.

Q. Fingerprint/biometric attendance? A. Not yet.
