Description

This is a gravity shifting game template. The player can tap the screen to make the robot character either walk on the top boards or the bottom boards, while avoiding falling off the bars. The longer he survives the higher the score. The player can also collect the yellow coins for extra score.

The Game features an optional Google Play Leaderboard (leave App_id empty if you don’t wish to use), Google Play services Interstitial/banner ads (just put in your ad unit id).

Description

Avoid the Spikes is an Android Arcade game template. It was inspired by ‘Don’t Touch The Spikes’ and ‘Bird Climb’ but its totally different from both! The aim of the player is to help the bird move up, while avoiding the spikes/obstacles. The code is written in java, using Android Studio. A video tutorial is included which explains the customization process. This is an Android Studio Project.

  • Updated baseGameUtils library. When user clicks on leaderboard/achievements he would be signed in instead of displaying the “Google Play – Not Signed In” message.
