CRT Scanlines Effect

CRT Scanlines Effect is a CSS effect and animation, which you can add to your HTML pages to evoke a retro, low-resolution, cathode ray display look. The effect will add an overlay to the contents of your page – that will not hinder the page’s interaction and functionality – to mimic the feel of an old-school monitor.

There is a CRT base version, an RGB-bleeding version, and an additional effect to be used in concert with both: an animated rolling scan ray.

Using it is very simple: you will just need to add a div with a single specific class in your web page.
