Complaint/Issue/Helpdesk/Ticket Management System is a complete web application build with ASP.NET Core (3.1), Identity Core, C#, EF code first approach.

Using these web applications you can create, update delete, read, and manage customer complaints smoothly with required data reporting, cool responsive UI, and firster paging, sorting, and searching functionality. Additionally, this system will store each user’s login history properly.

This application will allow you to collect all of your customer support requests from various channels and manages them from one place dynamically. You can add unlimited complaints/issues categories, status, and priority from the admin panel so that the end-users can create complaints/issues accordingly.

How to Run Project

Step 1: Unzip the downloaded folder(ComplaintMngSys)

Step 2: Open Sln.ComplaintMngSys.sln file with Visual Studio 2019

Step 3: Update database connection: appsettings.json “DefaultConnection”: “Server=DEVSTATION\MSSQLSERVER2017;Database=ComplaintMngSys;User ID=sa;Password=dev123456”

Step 4: Build and run by pressing f5

No need to create migration rule and update database. You just need to build and run the application. Already initial migration rule included with the project. Please make sure MS SQL server running properly.

ShreeVMSHS is a visitor management system for housing society and is meant to keep the proper record of the visitors. With the help of this software the security person can easily allot the gate pass/visitor pass in a very short time. It also keep the records of visitor previous visits. In case of emergency these records are very essential to identify the visitor at a later stage. ShreeVMSHS solve the security problem of any society irrespective of its size with an ease. It inform the meeting person regarding guest arrival through email. The visitor can exit from any gate. It also increases the revenue of the organisation by making them more systemized. In short it facilitates a seamless visitor journey.

ShreeVMSHS is a windows desktop software and can work in a LAN/Internet environment easily. It is easy to install and can be deployed with no expensive hardware.

Main Modules

1. Entry Module

Entry module is meant to record the visitor details (including visitor and his document image ) and allot him RFID based visitor card.

2. Exit Module

Exit module is meant to make the exit entry buy swaping the allotted RFID visitor card.

3. Email Module

Email module can be used to send the email by providing necessary smtp email server settings. it also send a copy to the sender.

MIS module helps the admin and staff to understand the various reports in summerised format using charts.
